The Lunar Society hosts Annual Festive Networking Event

On 17 December 2025, The Lunar Society held its annual Festive Networking Event at Chaophraya Restaurant, St Martin’s Square in Birmingham. We were so impressed with the service and food at last year’s event that we just had to go back – and it did not fail to disappoint! The backdrop of the Christmas tree and St Martin’s Church was wonderful, giving a lovely festive feel.

Members and their guests enjoyed an informal networking event and dinner, where they were treated to an amazing array of dishes. They heard from our Chair, Joe Gaytten FTLS, and Vice Chair, Tina Swani FTLS, as well as two of our new trustees, Hope Sweeney FTLS and Rosie Mayer FTLS, who introduced themselves and outlined what they hoped to contribute to the Society.

The evening provided the perfect opportunity to meet both old and new faces, as well as the trustees of the Society, and find out more about the Board’s exciting future plans. The event was a huge success, and our thanks go out to all who attended, and Chaophraya, for a wonderful evening.
