Tina is a charity sector facilitator, coach and consultant. Drawing on her own experience as a Chief Executive and Chair, she brings people and organisations together to build momentum and achieve greater outcomes. She also works with Chairs and CEOs to get their Board future-ready, putting equality, diversity and inclusion at the heart of strategic planning, marketing and growth.

Tina is the Vice Chair of Women in Today's Society, and has previously been the CEO of Sutton Coldfield Charitable Trust, CEO of Birmingham St Mary's Hospice, Regional Director of the British Red Cross, Chair of the Lench’s Trust, a Trustee at Stafford & Rural Homes and Committee Member at Sutton Coldfield Chamber of Commerce.
