lunar society 34th annual general meeting

On Tuesday 21st July 2026 The Lunar Society held its 34th Annual General Meeting at Unity Trust Bank Plc, 4 Brindley Place, Birmingham, B1 2JB

The Chair welcomed all those in attendance and presented his report for his first year as Chair. The Financial Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2026 were also presented and accepted by all present.

Votes took place for the vacancies of Honorary Treasurer and a trustee.

We are delighted to report that Dr Rashida Sharif FTLS was elected as our Honorary Treasurer for a 2nd term and Kaleem Hussain FTLS was elected as a trustee.

Leaving the board of trustees this year was David Dundas FTLS. The Chair thanked him for his support and commitment to the society. David would continue to lead the Climate Change Working Party.
