Kaleem is a seasoned, multi‑disciplinary consultant specialising in change management, compliance, and risk. With more than 20 years of experience, he has delivered major regulatory change programmes across central and local government, as well as for leading retail‑investment banks operating in the UK and internationally.

He is also a committed advocate for volunteering, mentoring, peacebuilding, intercultural and multi‑faith dialogue, sports, heritage, ESG, and wider community engagement. Kaleem has contributed extensively to organisations and charities throughout the West Midlands and remains dedicated to supporting the region’s vitality through his work with the Lunar Society Climate Change Working Party (CCWP), where he has been a member since 2022, and through the broader Lunar Society community.
