On Thursday 24th July 2025 The Lunar Society held its 33rd Annual General Meeting at Millennium Point, Curzon Street, Birmingham.


The Chair welcomed all those in attendance and presented his report for his final year as Chair. The Financial Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025 were also presented and accepted by all present.

Votes took place for the vacancies of Chair, Honorary Secretary and a trustee.

We are delighted to report that Joe Gaytten FTLS was elected as our new Chair, David Searle FTLS was elected as our new Honorary Secretary and Tina Swani FTLS was elected as a trustee. Clive Stone DL, FTLS was elected to remain on the board as Immediate Past Chair.

Leaving the board of trustees this year were Deirdre La Bassiere FTLS, Charmaine Burton FTLS and Sandy Taylor FTLS. The Chair thanked them for their support and commitment to the society and wished them well in the future.
