The Board of Trustees held a Strategy Away Day on 20 January 2024.

The Board meets every 2 months but felt it was important to review the past and look to the future to analyse the society’s performance and impact on society and plan its future. 

There was much discussion around vision, mission, strategy and the future.  As a result of the day the society now has a clear mission, vision and plan for the future.
