Monday 10 November 2025

18:00 – 20:00

Aston University, Conference Aston, The Susan Cadbury Lecture Theatre, Aston Street, B4 7ET

OUR GUEST SPEAKER

Otti will be exploring what it means to be a good leader in a world gripped by crisis.

This keynote challenges business, political, and civic leaders to rethink what “ethical leadership” truly demands. Moving beyond clichés, it confronts the failures of business-as-usual and interrogates the hidden ideologies that shape our institutions. It exposes the limits of technocratic solutions, reveals why good governance requires more than compliance, and calls for a recovery of practical wisdom—where leadership becomes an office of real responsibility, justice, and hope. Can we reclaim the soul of leadership and collectively build a society worthy of our aspirations?

WHAT TO EXPECT

The event commences at 1800 with a welcome reception, following by Otti's keynote speech and a Q&A session where you will have the opportunity to ask Otti any questions you have. The event is due to finish at 2000. Join us for this amazing event – you will not be disappointed!
