David Lock, Lunarman, who heads the Public Law group at No5 Chambers has been appointed QC.
David is an experienced public law practitioner with many reported cases particularly involving Human Rights issues. He has appeared in many Judicial Reviews, for Claimant and Defendants including cases involving prisoners.
