Activities

We have six Groups, each with its own committee chaired by an Executive Committee member reporting regularly to the full Executive Committee. Each Group has the remit to consider one of the Society's current six themes, and develop ideas for topics and speakers for Society meetings and activities. The Groups are currently:

• Medicine & Science, chaired by Professor Michael Overduin
  
• Investment & Regeneration, chaired by Hon Ald John Charlton
  
• Transport & Climate Change, chaired by Professor Alan Wenban-Smith
  
• Youth & Diversity, chaired by Waheed Saleem
