Annual General Meeting

The Society's Annual General Meeting is held every summer, usually in July.

The 2011 AGM was chaired by acting Chairman to the Society Dr Peter Mayer. The agreed minutes for the 2010 AGM were made available along with the Chairman's Review Report for 2011, agenda, audited accounts and Membership Committee Chairman's Review Report and sub Committee Chairmen's Review Reports. Also the results of the Membership Questionnaire Survey and action to follow was presented at the AGM and the presentation can be dowloaded here.

Notice for nominations for vacancies on the Executive Committee were sent out in May. There were 5 officer vacancies and 4 members to the Executive vacancies. There was a nomination for each vacancy and 3 noninations for 4 member vacancies. A list of the nominated candidates can be found here. The vacancies were uncontested and the nominations were taken en bloc and members agreed to all the nominations for vacancies.
