The Art of the Long View: Possible scenarios for Birmingham

This workshop meeting on 22nd April 2008 was chaired by Estelle Rowe and kindly sponsored by Martineau Johnson. It was led by Frances O'Brien (Warwick Business School) and Maureen Meadows (OUBS). The workshop began with a brief overview of scenario planning - what it is, how it's been used and with what effect, and then participants worked in break-out groups to explore aspects of using this strategic thinking tool to explore possible futures for Birmingham.
